National Herald case: Delhi court sets aside Magistrate order on FIR copy to Sonia, Rahul Gandhi

 

A Delhi court on Tuesday held that Congress Parliamentary Party Chairperson Sonia Gandhi and Leader of the Opposition (LoP) in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, and several others were not entitled to be given a copy of the latest First Information Report (FIR) registered against them by the Delhi Police in connection with the National Herald case.
