The Rajasthan High Court had to adjourn the scheduled hearing in a bail plea on Friday as the petitioner’s counsel was seen dressed in a vest while attending the hearing on video conferencing.
Earlier this month too, Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma witnessed a similar scene and had instructed the High Court Bar Association to direct all advocates for appearing in proper uniform while attending video conferencing.
